About Me

Barb Spitzock – Sr Loan Officer With a passion for both people and numbers, Barb has been helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment dreams since 2017 when she became a Loan Officer, She joined CMG Financial in April 2019, and in September 2020, she became a key member of EPiQ Lending from its inception, bringing her expertise and dedication to every client interaction. Licensed in both Arizona and California, she takes pride in guiding her clients through the lending process with knowledge, care, and transparency. Originally from Chicago, Barb has called Arizona home for over 21 years. Outside of work, she is a proud mother to an amazing young man, a partner to a wonderful gentleman who brings joy to her life every day and dog mom to a loyal and energetic Australian Cattle Dog. Her commitment to helping others extends beyond her professional career. Barb is the co-founder of Helping One Woman – Goodyear, the largest of 28 chapters across three states. The organization provides monthly support to women who have experienced irreplaceable loss, with gatherings of 150–300 attendees offering compassion, community, and hope. Whether it’s helping someone purchase their first home, make a smart investment, or supporting women through challenging times, Barb is dedicated to making a positive impact in every life she touches.
