John Morgan is a nationally recognized mortgage professional, real estate business development strategist, and leadership consultant with a proven track record of helping real estate professionals grow stronger businesses. Before becoming one of the top producing loan originators in the country, recognized by Scotsman Guide in 2025, John built an extensive leadership career in real estate. He previously served as CEO of Keller Williams in Tempe, Arizona, and was also recognized as a Top 10 Real Estate Expansion Team Leader within Keller Williams International. Through these roles, John gained deep experience in agent growth, team building, recruiting, business planning, accountability systems, production coaching, and real estate expansion strategy. Today, John uses that same real estate business development background to bring far more value to his partners than traditional lending support. As a top loan originator and 2025 Presidents Council Loan Originator, John helps Realtors identify growth opportunities, improve client conversion, strengthen referral relationships, and build systems that support long-term production.
